MangoAds is operated by **Apyflow DMCC** (Dubai, UAE) and is described as a technology platform that connects advertisers and channel owners.

## What the Terms cover

* **Your account** — eligibility, account security, and accurate information.
* **Advertiser obligations** — funding, billing for delivered views, and compliance with the [advertising policy](/docs/policies/advertising-policy.md).
* **Channel owner obligations** — connecting channels you control, setting terms, and receiving payouts.
* **Acceptable use** — what's allowed on the platform and what isn't.
* **Payments** — deposits, charges, earnings and payouts, including any minimums and fees.
* **Liability and disclaimers** — the platform's role and limits of responsibility.
* **Changes and termination** — how the Terms may change and how accounts may be closed.
