Controls

You decide what runs in your channel, at what price, and how often. Set these when you connect a channel and change them any time by editing the channel.

Price (CPM)

Your price per 1,000 views is what advertisers pay to appear in your channel. Higher CPM means more revenue per view but fewer ads will clear the auction; lower CPM means more fill. Tune it to balance revenue and volume.

Max ads per week

Caps how many sponsored posts can run in your channel each week. Keep it comfortable for your audience — too many ads can hurt engagement.

Publication time

Defines when ads may be published — for example, any day and any time, or a specific window that fits your audience's activity and your organic posting schedule.

Banned categories

Block ad categories you never want to appear in your channel. Blocked ads are excluded automatically, regardless of targeting.

Approvals

Choose whether to approve each ad manually or let qualifying ads auto-publish. Manual approval gives you the final say on every post; auto-publish is hands-off within your rules. See How ads work on your channel.

Your category, country and language settings also act as controls: they determine which ads are eligible for your channel in the first place. Keep them accurate so you receive relevant, higher-performing ads.
