You're never charged more than your maximum CPM, and only for views that are actually delivered. **What's the minimum deposit?**\ $10. Deposits are processed instantly. **Which payment methods can I use?**\ Card and crypto, from the **Deposit** window on the Balance page. **What's the minimum budget and CPM?**\ A daily budget of at least **$10** and a maximum CPM of at least **$2.00** per campaign. **Why isn't my ad delivering?**\ Common reasons: the campaign is still in moderation, your maximum CPM is too low to win the auction, your targeting is too narrow, or your balance is empty. Check the campaign status and your balance. **How long do ads stay up?**\ Sponsored posts run and are automatically removed after **48 hours**. **Can I edit a running campaign?**\ Yes, but editing restarts moderation and removes currently active ads for that campaign. They participate in auctions like real funds but can't be withdrawn. See [Bonus credits](/docs/for-advertisers/bonus-credits.md). **Do I pay per click?**\ No. You pay per view (CPM). CPC and CTR are shown to help you judge ad quality. **How long does review take?**\ Campaigns are reviewed within 1–2 days. If something needs fixing, you'll get a message explaining what to change; fix it and resubmit. See [Moderation & editing](/docs/for-advertisers/moderation.md). **What image and video formats can I use?**\ PNG and JPG up to 5 MB, GIF up to 10 MB, and MP4 up to 20 MB — up to 10 files, recommended ratio 1:1 or 2:3. A single creative usually converts best. **Can I get a refund of unused balance?**\ Yes — email . Refunds are handled manually and can take up to 5 business days. **I need help.**\ Email .
