Adding funds
You pay for delivered views from a prepaid balance. Top it up before — or any time after — launching a campaign.
Open the Balance page
In the Advertiser workspace, go to Balance. You'll see your current balance, a Deposit button, and your full transaction history.

Make a deposit
Click Deposit, enter an amount, and choose a payment method:

Crypto
The minimum deposit is $10. Deposits are processed instantly, so your funds are usually available right away.

Transaction history
Every deposit and every campaign charge is listed with its date, type, description, ad views, amount and status. Use it to reconcile spend and confirm deposits.

Refunds
Need a refund of unspent balance? Email help@mangoads.com. Refunds are processed manually and can take up to 5 business days.
